Sentiment Analysis of Covid-19 Vaccination Policy in Indonesia

<p>In December 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic had lasted for 10 months in Indonesia and there was no way out of pandemic. A glimmer hope came from President Joko Widodo August 2020 when he said that vaccination program would start January 2021 vaccine arrived 2020. Various responses have emerged community regarding policy, especially on social media. Public trust a policy is one factors driving successful policy. This article shows how public's sentiment towards covid-19 by conducting text mining netizen comments YouTube media, analyzes citizens, topics discussed about The results showed majority netizens negative sentiments with concerns, among others, safety issues potential corruption To increase public confidence government must answer them. Concerns can be overcome giving an example high official being willing to vaccinated beforehand live broadcast as done elected president vice United States Joe Biden Kamala Harris. Meanwhile, concerns over resolved taking more transparent, accountable responsive actions implementing policy.</p>
